After the lockdown lull and lower work demands work has now picked up and I’ve had less time to spend practicing. It has shown with some poor performances.
I‘ve recently upgraded to a RTX3080 gpu and 12th Intel cpu. Paired with an Oculus Quest 2 I can now get very good frame rates and graphic quality in assetto corsa competizione. So it is possible, just costs £2000!
See you all on track soon. This week is Suzuka and it has always been a good track for me in F1 but so far timings have conspired against me to allow racing it officially in the eSenior leagues. And unfortunately it will again as we have a long delayed Paul Weller concert to attend 10th April, the group 1 race date. I shall be there for the teams race though.
